Transmission electron microscope observations show that the thickness of the continuous thin layer of vanadium silicide is 80nm.
 
2. Vanadium silicide is sound-absorbing ceramic material. A sound-absorbing surface layer is coated on the surface layer of the substrate layer to prepare a sound-absorbing ceramic material with sound-absorbing function and good dust and fire resistance. Performance and service life are greatly extended.
