2) When aluminum pentaerythritol is used as a single stabilizer, the recommended dosage is 3.84phr, and the thermal stabilization time is 52.86min;
3) Compounding experiment shows:
When the mass ratio of aluminum pentaerythritol and zinc stearate is 3/1, the synergy is better. It not only has excellent initial color, but also has ideal long-term stability;
When the ratio of aluminum pentaerythritol to calcium stearate is 3/1, the synergy is better, but overall the synergy is not as good as aluminum pentaerythritol and zinc stearate;
When the ratio of aluminum pentaerythritol to hydrotalcite is 5/1, the synergy is better, not only has excellent initial color, but also ideal long-term stability;
When aluminum pentaerythritol is combined with β-diketone, the long-term stability effect is good.
