Applications of concrete foaming agent:
The foaming agent is mainly used in producing foam concrete roofs, roof thermal insulation layers, floor heating foam concrete thermal insulation layers, foam concrete sound insulation, and thermal insulation cushions.
Foaming agents can foam cement, lime, stone powder, fly ash, sand, and other raw materials to make foamed concrete, partition boards, slats, CLC blocks, hollow bricks, solid bricks, thermal pipeline protective covers, roof insulation, hot plate, and other lightweight foam building materials.

Foam concrete production operation process:
1. Weigh the foaming agent, then add 30 times of water to dilute it to make a foaming liquid;
2. Put the cement, sand, and stones into the mixer in turn, and prepare the concrete slurry;
3. Start the foaming machine and send the foaming liquid into foam through the foam generator;
4. Add the foam into the horizontal mixer according to the predetermined amount and mix it evenly;
5. Send the prepared foaming slurry to the molding machine or mold.
