What is water-reducing agent?

Its water reduction rate is up to 30%, its cost is high, and it is easy to bleed. Preparation of aminosulfonate series superplasticizer
The synthesis process is to modify the aminosulfonate series water reducer through the condensation polymerization of the aminosulfonate water reducer with polyolefin compounds or catalytic grafting with other compounds, such as lignosulfonate. The aminosulfonate series water reducer modified by the condensation polymerization of polyolefin compounds combines the advantages of the two types of water reducers, which have good workability and early strength, but the raw materials are expensive; the production cost is on the high side.
The graft copolymerization of lignosulfonate and sulfamic superplasticizer can reduce the production cost and improve the segregation and bleeding of sulfamic superplasticizer. For example, Yang Dongjie and others synthesized modified sulfamic superplasticizer ASM by grafting and copolymerization of sulfamic superplasticizer and lignosulfonate, reducing the production cost of sulfamic superplasticizer; at the same time, with the same dosage of amino sulfonic acid series superplasticizer, the bleeding rate is reduced, and the water reduction rate is increased. The concrete mixed with SAM meets the requirements of high-strength concrete in terms of slump loss and compressive strength.
