Still, there is no definite conclusion on a large number of elementary reactions in the reaction, the establishment of chemical equilibrium relations, and the internal energy state of molecules. LICVD does not need the high reaction temperature requirements of ordinary chemical vapor deposition and is a promising new technology for synthesizing nanomaterials. However, its application is still concentrated on small-batch production. The realization of large-scale synthesis of nanoparticles by LICVD is an important direction of future research.
