What is TROX-300 Series Molecular Sieve ?

OX-300 series molecular sieve is a synthetic inorganic crystal material with a regular arrangement of nanoscale pore structure, often referred to as "molecular sieve" or "zeolite." These highly ordered crystal structures provide efficient, reversible molecular adsorption and separation properties.
The crystal structure of the molecular sieve is composed of silicon, aluminum, sodium, and other elements, in which silicon and aluminum atoms form tetrahedral structures, and sodium atoms fill the gaps between these tetrahedral structures. Shared oxygen atoms connect these tetrahedral structures to form a regular arrangement of pore structures. These pores can be selectively adsorbed and separated according to the size and polarity of different molecules, so they are widely used in various fields. OX-300 series molecular sieve can also be used as an efficient adsorbent and separation agent. Due to its high specific surface area, high activity, and high selectivity, it can efficiently adsorb and separate various mixtures of gases and liquids. Compared with 13X Molecular Sieve, TROX-300 Series Molecular Sieve and 13x series Molecular Sieve have little difference in carbon dioxide adsorption capacity at 250mmHg. However, the static adsorption capacity of TROX-300 is 1.78 times that of 13X series at 2.2mmHg.  Under dynamic experimental conditions, trox-300 adsorption capacity is 1.78 times that of 13X at co2 concentration of 450ppm, 25 ° c and pressure of 7kg/m2.  As a result, the TROX-300's excellent performance can be fully exploited and demonstrated at low pressures.

Productions Method of TROX-300 Series Molecular Sieve:

The ion exchange method is another commonly used preparation method, which exchanges inorganic ions or organic ions with ion exchangers and interacts with the inside and surface of the pores of the molecular sieve to prepare a molecular sieve with specific properties. The microemulsion method is to mix two kinds of insoluble solvents to form a tiny emulsion, synthesize a molecular sieve in the emulsion, and finally get a microporous molecular sieve.
