OX-300 series molecular sieve is a synthetic inorganic crystal material with a regular arrangement of nanoscale pore structure, often referred to as "molecular sieve" or "zeolite." These highly ordered crystal structures provide efficient, reversible molecular adsorption and separation properties.
The crystal structure of the molecular sieve is composed of silicon, aluminum, sodium, and other elements, in which silicon and aluminum atoms form tetrahedral structures, and sodium atoms fill the gaps between these tetrahedral structures. Shared oxygen atoms connect these tetrahedral structures to form a regular arrangement of pore structures. These pores can be selectively adsorbed and separated according to the size and polarity of different molecules, so they are widely used in various fields. OX-300 series molecular sieve can also be used as an efficient adsorbent and separation agent. Productions Method of TROX-300 Series Molecular Sieve:
In the synthesis stage, the basic units of the molecular sieve were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, ion exchange, and microemulsion. Among them, the hydrothermal synthesis method is one of the most commonly used methods, which uses the active silicon species and aluminum species in the molecular sieve hydrothermal synthesis system to form tetrahedral structures under hydrothermal conditions, by controlling the synthesis conditions, such as temperature, pressure, pH value, reaction time, etc., to prepare molecular sieves with different structures and properties. The ion exchange method is another commonly used preparation method, which exchanges inorganic ions or organic ions with ion exchangers and interacts with the inside and surface of the pores of the molecular sieve to prepare a molecular sieve with specific properties. The microemulsion method is to mix two kinds of insoluble solvents to form a tiny emulsion, synthesize a molecular sieve in the emulsion, and finally get a microporous molecular sieve.
In the processing stage, the synthesized molecular sieve is separated, washed, dried, etc., to obtain qualified molecular sieve products. Among them, washing is an important step that can effectively remove impurities and organic substances in molecular sieves by controlling washing conditions, such as detergent types, washing temperature, washing time, etc. Drying is another important step, which removes water and other volatile substances from the molecular sieve, thereby improving the purity and stability of the molecular sieve.
