Chemical properties: The chemical properties of PP fiber are stable, insoluble in water and general organic solvents, and have good acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance. However, it is less resistant to solid oxidants and high temperatures.

Physical properties: PP fiber has excellent physical properties, such as high strength, modulus, low density, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, etc. In addition, its thermal insulation and UV resistance are also excellent.

Mechanical properties: PP fiber has excellent mechanical properties. Its tensile strength and modulus are higher than polyethylene fiber and polyester fiber. In addition, its wear resistance and impact resistance are also good.

Production Method of Polypropylene Fiber PP Fiber Concrete:

The advantages of this method are high production efficiency, low cost and good fiber properties.
