About Metal Alloy W-Cu Alloys Custom Size Tungsten Copper Alloy Sheet:
Tungsten Copper Sheet Features:
Copper-tungsten alloy combines the advantages of copper and tungsten, high strength / high specific gravity / high-temperature resistance/arc ablation resistance / good electrical conductivity / good processing performance, using high-quality tungsten powder and oxygen-free copper powder, application of isostatic pressing (High-temperature sintering-copper infiltration, to ensure product purity and accurate ratio, fine structure, excellent performance, good arc breaking performance, good electrical conductivity, good thermal conductivity, and small thermal expansion.
Tungsten Copper Sheet Application:
1. Electrical comparison material is applied to high-hardness materials and Pu-chip electrical discharge machining. The surface finish of the electrical processing products is high, the precision is high, the loss is low, and the cost is effectively saved.
2. Contact materials: arc and vacuum contacts of high and medium voltage switches or circuit breakers, circuit board welding, and electrical contact points.
3. Welding materials: submerged arc welding machine, gas shielded welding machine tip, radioresistance factory (production of carbon film resistance, metal coating resistance) resistance butt welding machine butt welding material (copper tungsten alloy welding disc)
4. Guide material: all kinds of wire-rolled steel, used to guide and protect the material
Tungsten Copper Sheet Processing Precautions
1. Cutting
Tungsten copper alloys may be defective due to impact or excessive processing load when making sharp corners and thin walls. When tungsten-copper-silver-tungsten alloy products are drilled through holes, please pay attention to the feed load force when the through holes are about to be drilled to avoid machining defects.
Tungsten copper alloy is non-magnetic. Please confirm that the product is firmly fixed before operation.
2. Electric discharge machining, wire cutting
The discharge and wire-cutting speeds of tungsten copper silver tungsten products are relatively slow, which is a normal phenomenon.
