About Metal Alloy W-Cu Alloys Custom Size Tungsten Copper Alloy Rings:

 

Tungsten copper alloy is an alloy composed of tungsten and copper. The copper content of commonly used alloys is 10% to 50%. The alloy is prepared by powder metallurgy and has good electrical and thermal conductivity, high-temperature strength, and certain plasticity. At very high temperatures, such as above 3000 °C, the copper in the alloy is liquefied and evaporated, absorbing a large amount of heat and reducing the surface temperature of the material. Therefore, this type of material is also called metal sweating material.

 

Since tungsten and copper are incompatible, tungsten-copper alloy has low expansion, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high electrical and thermal conductivity of copper, and is suitable for various machining. Tungsten-copper alloy can be produced and dimensioned according to user requirements. Tungsten-copper alloys generally use a powder metallurgy process: first powder - batching mixing - pressing and forming - sintering and infiltration.
 

Tungsten Copper Alloy Rings Application:

3. Welding materials: submerged arc welding machine, gas shielded welding machine tip, radioresistance factory (production of carbon film resistance, metal coating resistance) resistance butt welding machine butt welding material (copper tungsten alloy welding disc)

 

4. Guide material: all kinds of wire-rolled steel, used to guide and protect the material
