Ti13Nb13Zr is prepared by vacuum melting, homogenization, hot rolling, cooling, heat treatment, annealing and other processes. Vacuum melting is the process of adding pure metal raw materials to a vacuum furnace, heating and melting them at high temperatures to remove potential impurities and gases. Subsequently, the molten metal is continuously cast into homogeneous raw materials. Then use a hot rolling mill to heat the homogenized raw materials to high temperatures, and then roll them into thin sheets through mechanical pressure. After cooling, the alloy is subjected to recrystallization annealing using a heat treatment method to eliminate internal stress and improve crystallinity, resulting in excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility.
