What is NiCrAlY powder?
NiCrAlY alloy powder is a metal powder composed of the elements of nickel, chromium, and aluminum. It has excellent high-temperature resistance, can maintain its stability and mechanical properties in a high-temperature environment, and is not easily brittle or oxidized. In addition, it also has good corrosion resistance and it can resist the erosion of acids alkalis, and other chemicals. In high-temperature oxidation-resistant working coatings, NiCr-Aluminum alloy powder can be used as a transition layer for ceramic powders, etc., and can also be used to replace Ni/Al (which is inexpensive).
Powder properties: high purity (≥99.9%), low oxygen (≤600ppm), high sphericity (≥98%), smooth surface, no satellite ball, uniform particle size distribution, excellent flow performance (≤15.0s/50g), high loose density (≥4.5g/cm3) and vibration density (≥5.5g/cm3).
