What is Nano diamonds?
Diamond nanoparticles, or nanodiamonds (NDs), are single-crystal diamonds with carbon as the basic component with high physical and chemical properties. These are nanoscopic versions of sp3 carbon, while other carbon nanotubes and fullerenes are of sp2 configuration. Such characteristics facilitate nanodiamond use in batteries, metal plating, chromatography, proteomics, magnetic resonance imaging, mass spectroscopy, capacitors, surgical implants, lubricants, nanocomposites, nanocoatings, and nanosensors (Mochalin et al., 2012). The structure of nanodiamonds consists of a diamond core and amorphous carbon layers. In more complex terms, each particle of nanodiamonds has sp3-bonded carbon atoms covered by sp2. Nanodiamond is the term used to describe small diamond particles that are measured in nanometers or billionths of a meter. Nanodiamonds are very small; diamond is pure carbon in their hardest state.

Electronics and sensors of diamonds
Paola Cappellaro says. With the corresponding maximum tensile stress reaching ~100 gigapascals, making them ideal for high-performance nanomechanical sensors and NEMS applications. Nanodiamonds offer an alternative to photonic metamaterials for optical computing.  Nanodiamonds with NV centers may serve as a solid-state alternative to trapped ions for room-temperature quantum computing. Fluorescent nanodiamonds offer a stable reference for quality control in fluorescence and multi-harmonic imaging systems.

Potential applications of Nanodiamonds
Medical: In vitro studies exploring the dispersion of diamond nanoparticles in cells have revealed that most diamond nanoparticles exhibit fluorescence and are uniformly distributed. Fluorescent nanodiamond particles can be mass-produced through irradiating diamond nanocrystallites with helium ions. Fluorescent nanodiamond is photostable, chemically inert, and has an extended fluorescent lifetime, making it a great candidate for many biological applications. Combined with recombinase polymerase amplification, nanodiamonds enable single-copy detection of HIV-1 RNA on a low-cost lateral flow test format.  The potential of nanodiamonds in drug delivery has been demonstrated, but fundamental mechanisms, thermodynamics, and kinetics of drug adsorption on nanodiamonds are poorly understood. Important factors include purity, surface chemistry, dispersion quality, temperature, and ionic composition. Tests showed that tumors could not eject the compound, increasing the drug's ability to impact the tumor and reducing side effects.   Decreasing particle size and functionalizing their surfaces may allow such surface-modified diamond nanoparticles to deliver proteins, providing an alternative to traditional catalysts. Nanodiamonds are well-absorbed by human skin. They also absorb more ingredients in skin care products than the skin itself.

Price of Nano diamonds
Nano diamonds particle size and purity will affect the product's Price, and the purchase volume can also affect the cost of Nano diamonds. A large amount of large amount will be lower. The Price of Nano diamonds is on our company's official website.
