What are the synthesis methods of tantalum silicide?
First, with the metal tantalum and silicon powder as raw materials, crushing and mixing the metal tantalum and silicon powder evenly and then put into a graphite furnace for heating to 1100-100-1500℃ for reaction, and then pass into the hydrogen, and then heating to 800℃ for reaction, namely tantalum silicate is obtained. Or reduce tantalum pentoxide with calcium hydroxide to obtain tantalum hydride, heat to 1800℃ of tantalum metal, and add silicon powder to synthesize tantalum silicate. In the second type, the Si and Ta mixture was preheated to 350℃ and then heated to 1480℃. Or allow TaS2 to react with SiHnX4-n at 900℃. The third method is the direct method. Tantalum silicate is prepared from tantalum and silicon powder as follows. First, the metal tantalum and silicon powder are crushed and mixed evenly, put into a graphite furnace, and heated to 1100~1500℃ for pre-reaction. The hydrogen is injected and then heated up to 1800—℃ for a homogenization reaction for one h, namely tantalum silicate. The fourth tantalum pentoxide reduction method is first reduced by calcium hydroxide to obtain tantalum hydrochloride, then heated to 1800℃ of tantalum metal, and then added silicon powder to synthesize tantalum silicate.
