Completely dissolve the washed zinc particles, filter the insoluble substances, dilute them with water to 400mL, and heat them to 70 for standby. Add 5mL of ammonium hydroxide (2moL/L) to 400mL of water, stir them evenly, add 60g of ammonium oxalate monohydrate, heat them to dissolve, filter the insoluble substances while hot, and then heat them to 70 , and add ammonia to the standby zinc chloride solution to make pH=2-4, Slowly add the above ammonium oxalate solution to zinc chloride under constant stirring. Let it stand until the precipitation is complete. Wash and precipitate the solution with water until the ions in the solution are qualified. Filter it. Wash it with conductive water 5 to 6 times. Burn it. First, slowly raise the temperature to 240 and keep it for 8 to 12 hours to remove the crystal water. Then raise the temperature to 800 and burn it for 2 to 3 hours. If the raw zinc is analytically pure, the obtained zinc oxide needs further purification: dissolve it with a small amount of hydrochloric acid, Add concentrated ammonia water until the precipitation is completely dissolved, and then add high-purity CO2 gas (after twice washing, once washing with concentrated sulfuric acid and once washing with ammonia solution) until the zinc carbonate is completely precipitated, and then filter it. After several times of washing, burn it in a muffle furnace 2~3 times.
