The sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide gas released during roasting can be absorbed by dilute ammonia water to produce ammonium sulfate; Thermal decomposition method: 99.5% chromic anhydride is calcined with 1~1.5h at a temperature of about 1400℃ to generate chromium oxide. After cooling, the chromium oxide green finished product is prepared by grinding with a high-speed grinder. Thermal decomposition of chromium hydroxide method: adding sodium sulfide solution into hot sodium chromate solution to generate chromium hydroxide, after filtration, and roasting at about 1400℃ to produce chromium trioxide after washing, drying, and crushing. Sodium bicarbonate obtained from chromium hydroxide and sodium thiosulfate can be recovered after carbonization by carbon dioxide. This system of chromium oxide color is dark, should not do pigment, and is mainly used for smelting metal chromium and polishing paste.
