Combined with other properties, especially its excellent corrosion resistance and resistance, boron nitride ceramic products are used in the following fields:
Insulators for high-temperature furnaces.
Electrical insulators in vacuum system.
When it is considered that there are problems in the electrical conductivity or chemical reactivity of graphite, hexagonal boron nitride is mainly used as a substitute lubricant for graphite.
They are used as semiconductor substrates, microwave transparent windows and sealing structural materials in electronic products.
