Using P204- kerosene -HCL-ReCl3 system for extraction, firstly, neodymium and samarium are grouped, the raffinate is used to extract rare light earth, samarium and rare heavy earth is extracted into the organic phase, and then the medium rare earth is back-extracted with 2.0mg/L HCl to obtain a medium rare earth samarium concentrate, which is reduced by zinc powder, europium is extracted by alkaline method, precipitated by oxalic acid, separated and dried.
