How to prepare manganese dioxide

With the development of science and technology, the preparation technology of manganese dioxide has been continuously improved. At present, the preparation methods of manganese dioxide mainly include a roasting method, sol-gel method, redox method, electrodeposition method, and hydrothermal method. 
Roasting method
The roasting method is a method for preparing manganese dioxide by pyrolyzing manganese salt at high temperature. The preparation of manganese dioxide by this method is simple and efficient. Redox method

The reaction conditions are mild, the preparation process is simple, and the reaction time is short. The oxidation-reduction method to prepare manganese dioxide is relatively simple, but the manganese dioxide prepared by it has poor crystallinity and a poor degree of single crystal form.

Electrodeposition
Electrodeposition is a method for preparing manganese dioxide through electrolytic manganese salt solution, including direct current method, pulse current method, and cyclic voltammetry. The preparation of manganese dioxide by electrodeposition is to deposit manganese dioxide on the working electrode, which is usually used to prepare manganese dioxide composite electrodes.
Hydrothermal
The hydrothermal method is a new method for synthesizing manganese dioxide under high temperature and high-pressure conditions. Under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the solubility of the ions participating in the reaction is increased, and the activity of the ions participating in the reaction is improved.
